Delivery Costs

All prices listed are inclusive of postage to metro areas Australia wide. We use Sendle who are a door to door courier service to deliver our gift boxes.  Tracking and insurance is included in this service.

Additional costs apply for regional postage. Please contact us for a quote on regional postage or for multiple box orders.

DELIVERY TIMES

We will make every effort to get your gift box to you/your giftee as soon as we can. Please allow up to 2 business days handling time prior to shipping. Orders made outside of business hours will be attended to on the next business day.

As Sendle is a courier service an estimate on delivery time is available from the date of shipping. You will receive an email from Sendle confirming the proposed delivery date once your gift box has been picked up and is starting it’s journey to you or your giftee. As a general guide please allow a maximum of 4-6 business days for delivery to metro areas. Regional areas may take longer.

Please not that once the gift box is picked up it will be delivered according to Sendle’s delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL

We do not ship internationally.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Yes we do deliver to hospitals! At the time of ordering please provide as much information as possible including the hospital name, the floor & room number. Please also take into account how long the person will be staying in the hospital and the handling time and delivery times. We don’t want to miss them!

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Please note delivery to a PO Box is not available. Please provide a residential/ property address for all deliveries.

Can I pick up my gift box?

We don’t currently offer a pick up option but watch this space as this is something we are looking to provide in the near future.

What happens if delivery occurs when no-one is home?

We give our boxes an authority to leave at the door in a safe location if the address is unattended. Please contact us if you would like alternative arrangements made and we will do our best to make it happen!

Will there be a card in the gift box?

Yes, a card will be in each box. If you would like to add a short personalised message, please leave this in the comment section when going through the online checkout.
